KJOS Bastien Piano Basics Primer Level

Bastien Piano Basics  is a progressive, pedagogically sound, and easy to follow complete piano curriculum. The series is paced gradually, so that beginning students are successful in understanding musical concepts.The Primer Level introduces students to the piano by using only black keys. Pre-reading tunes with simple rhythms begin the book, followed by a slow introduction to the white keys and their letter names. Primer Level also introduces treble clef, bass clef, the grand staff, whole and half steps, C and G position, sharps and flats.
