FlintMeryl Music is committed to shipping quality instruments, accessories, and educational materials in a timely and reliable manner. Please review the details below regarding shipping methods, processing times, and delivery expectations.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after payment is received. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Locations
FlintMeryl Music currently ships to the United States, including all 50 states. International shipping is not available unless explicitly stated for a specific product.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Shipping times are estimates and begin once the order has been processed. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, typically takes 2–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, weather conditions, and destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, shipping destination, and selected shipping method. All applicable shipping fees are displayed before purchase is completed.
Instruments and Large Items
Guitars, ukuleles, and other large instruments are professionally packed and shipped with protective materials using insured carriers. Signature confirmation may be required for high-value shipments.
Order Tracking
Once an order ships, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be provided. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
FlintMeryl Music is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If a package is lost or significantly delayed, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges.
Special Orders
Special-order items may require extended processing and shipping timelines. Estimated delivery times for special orders will be communicated prior to fulfillment.
